Who: Metro Ontario - community grocer.
Work: Led social strategy and managed social communities. In one year, I grew the @metroontario Instagram channel following by +101% and increased average engagement by +43%. I also launched Metro on Pinterest. After one month, we were tracking above industry standards. In our third active month, we generated 9.4M total impressions, +2.6% engagement rate (industry-standard 1.5%) and a 3% CTR (industry-standard 0.1%-1%).
